Pet Bio: I'm Parker! I had a rough start to life and I am looking forward to a brighter future! I was brought to MACS after being brought over to the shelter by an outreach group Dog Aide after being found tied to a dog house in rough shape. After being completely shaved, neutered, up to date on all of my medical, and spoiled with all the play time and love I am now ready for my new family! I am around 1 year old, around 13lbs, and have all the energy and spunk you are looking for! I am the best mix of playful and snuggly. I would do best with a family who can keep up with my energy and who will make sure that I get routine grooming so I don't become matted again.
